Hello My Name Is Adam,
I want to share with you my story on how I started helping so many people each year with their weight, health… and ultimately getting their lives back.

I am a trained chef. I attended Johnson and Whales University in the early 2000’s. Very quickly I developed a passion for bringing people together. Prior to cooking I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life. I was a server at the time at the newest hot spot in Miami making good money!

One day the chef asked if anyone wanted to go fishing tomorrow. I said sure, why not. I happened to have the day off. So myself and 5 others hopped on a chartered boat and went out. I am not a die hard fisherman but we set sail, acted like manly men and cruised the open seas hoping to catch dinner.

We had been cruising for hours upon hours without a single bite. We were all extremely disappointed. This was our manhood. Tucking our tail between our legs we decided to head on back empty handed. I’m no expert fisherman but this certainly sucked.

About 10 minutes before getting back to dock one of the reels starts zinging. Reeling out as if it was going to catch fire. “Fish On” someone yelled. I was closest to the reel so I quickly grabbed it (this is apparently an unspoken rule). I grabbed the rod and hopped in the specially designed fishing chair and started reeling in as fast as I could. The others were screaming and cheering, all three quarters drunk by this point. The tug of war battle had begun. Back and forth, back and forth. This ended up going on for over 45 minutes. Reel, rest, reel, rest. I later found out that this mamma was 300 feet below the surface. I eventually pulled up a 20 pound black grouper. I was completely exhausted and in pain but feeling so accomplished.

Since we were practically back at the docks by this point chef took the fish, fileted it, sliced and diced and cooked it up in FIVE delicious ways. You’ve never tasted a sweeter fish in your life. Everyone was in heaven and I was the stud that made it happen, lol. (More like right place right time).

From that point on I was hooked (no pun intended). Not hooked on fishing but enthralled with taste and flavor. I was incapsulated with how this single fish brought everyone together. The taste, the smells, and the camaraderie.

Within a week I enrolled in culinary school and the rest is history.

I did extremely well in culinary school. I was never a good student all through high school. Sitting down all day. This braindead structure and order wasn’t my thing. It wasn’t until culinary school that I understood why I wasn’t like the others. I don’t think I ever received an “A” until I stated using my hands and creativity as grades.

Chef turned health coach:

Immediately from culinary school I worked at high end places like the Mandarin Oriental.

I even faked my way from requiring a nothing internship to being offed real paid positions.
From there I advanced into becoming an Executive Chef of a country club, and eventually many more.

Finally landing in personal chef work for families. These were of course, high end, high net worth people. They wanted me to “cook healthy” …

Listen, I told them, I went to culinary school to learn sauces and fats, butters and creams…


That wasn’t a class. I knew that if I wanted to grow as a chef and as a person, I needed to understand food on a deeper level and learn more about health.

So, a few years later I went back to school and studied health and nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. I loved it from the moment I started.

I felt everyone needed to join this program. Each day I learned something new.

Then each night I would go home and create a video about the topic for social media. I knew I was destined to be the authority on health.

Already having private chef experience and now health education under my belt I started getting hired by football players like Minkah Fitzpatrick (Pittsburgh Stealers), and baseball players like Nick Castellanos (Philadelphia Phillies).

I even worked a few years for Puff Daddy (aka Sean Combs).

These pro’s wanted to eat well but also remain in optimal health during their training and off-season. This was the life. Helping pro’s feel their very best. Cooking for super stars.

Several years went by and I was consuming any and all information I could about foods and health.

In my studies I ended up coming across an article which stated that our planet is now 70% overweight. How can this be?

Without skipping a beat, I knew I wanted to help more. I needed to help more people.

Yes, working with elite athletes was great but that was just one person at a time.

I dove head first into developing a step-by-step course. It started off at 4 weeks, then expanded into 8 weeks, eventually becoming what it is today with over a year’s worth of guidance and information.

My focus was never on quick fixes or trends but rather walking people through proper nutrition and helping them get their weight under control.

From the very beginning support was what set my program apart. I was seeing tremendous results in my clients and with their every move.

Providing guidance, tips and motivation. 24/7 I was available. We don’t need support in the easy times. We need support in the tough times. That’s exactly what I provided.

I started helping 5 people at a time, 10, 20…

Overwhelmed and being tapped out I started putting together my unique system. I launched it online but nothing really happened. Or the carry-on of explosive business didn’t really take.

People were paying me thousands of dollars to work with me directly but this super hero persona didn’t exist online.

My goal has always been to help as many people as I can.

This was never about a money thing for me.

So I turned to my wife and said I’m going to make this program affordable for everyone. I am going to offer my weight loss program for around $50 a month.

She said “What! Adam you’re fucking nuts?”.

You have worked too hard to just give away your program”. I empathized, listened to her and agreed but being the stubborn Aries that I am, did it anyways.

The first month I was able to help 300 people. I was blown away.

Over the years we’ve tweaked the program, different platforms, making it more user friendly but always kept the same foundation of Intermittent Fasting.

We’ve added meal plans and even more personal attention. We created a member only community (which currently hosts over 1900 members).

We developed our own food logging app (which my staff monitors 24/7). We are able to provide real live tips, feedback, support and guidance each and every day.
